Can someone tell me the valve clearance for the trx250r please?

Also, is there some place on line yet to find specs for any machine?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume you're being serious since its your first post. The R doesn't have any valves.

It's a 2-stroke. I think you might be thinking of the 250ex. There is a separate forum.

yea, the only valves i know about r the ones for my tires... 2 strokes dont have valves...

If you just got the 250r and its your first 2-stroke be sure to do some research and ask Qs... for a better understanding of 2-stroke engines check out

and do a search for 2-stroke (great site by far i was on there last night for porting tips).

Also be sure to get a service manual for the quad. Ebay seems to always have them.

The only valve a trx250r will have in the engine would be a powervalve which is an aftermarket top end..
