no, but think about it
the R has a lighting coil the CR doesn't
mx bikes have a smaller flywheel, so the stator is smaller
ESR sells a CR conv kit, you need the complete kit, stator, flywheel, adapter plate, coil, and cdi for it to work on a 250R.
