I HAVE A 27MM CARB AND I HAVE BEEN TRYIN TO GET THE JETTING RIGHT FOR HOURS NOW. COULD ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT THE MAIN JET, NEEDLE, MIXTURE SREW AND PILOT JET SHOULD BE. RIGHT KNOW I HAVE NO LID KN AIR FILTER AND A WHITE BROS SLIP ON. I HAVE A FULL HMF EHAUST AND A POWROLL BIG BORE KIT ON ORDER THAT SHOULD BE HERE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THE ELEVATION HERE IS ABOUT 2700 FT. I ALSO HAVE DYNO JETS AND NEEDLE.

all i can say is follow the directions in the jet kit, what state u live in im in WI, my needle is all the way down, main jet is like a 98 or one step higher and the airfuel screw out as far as it can with out falling out.

I LIVE IN NORTH IDAHO AND I LOST THE DIRECTIONS. I GOT THE JET KIT FOR THE ORIGANAL 250EX CARB. I SURE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY INFO.

do u have the dyno jet kit to jet ur carb with right? well i gotta wait till my bro gets home to get the directions cuz i lost my dang jet kit!!!! 50$ down the drain but good thing i already jetted it! so yea then ill give ya some info later
