I have the AMR and really like it. 2 year warranty, also.
It does disable the neutral switch, allowing you to start in gear, and the neutral light stays on whenever the key is on.
This makes it an 'ignition on' light instead of an 'in neutral' light, a good reminder if you have ever run your battery down by accidentally leaving the key on.
I tried a Big Gun, which seemed to work, but it soon developed an issue with the ignition advance causing my jetting to be too rich. They did offer to replace it, but I went with the AMR instead.

i have found +1000 rpm's and +1200RpMs i was woundering were to find the +750 RPMS becuase the others seem to be to much.

I thought that the Big Gun was either 750 or 1000 increased rev limit.
I do not think that even +1200 is too high for the 250ex engine, IMO.
