location of VIN on '91 blaster?

Where is the VIN located on a '91 Blaster? I found the numbers on the transmission case by the swingarm bearing & the ones on the base of the jug by the size (cc's) but neither are the 17 digit VIN.

one ofthe bottom frame rails, i cant remember what one it is, i powedercaoted over mine. there engraved, so somone could have taken them off....

they are on the top of the case and on the frame rail right below it
