If i recall, if you use the 400 carrier, you need to use a 400 axle. The axles don't interchange. But the carrier will physically fit in the swingarm.

Yes it will. Im running a lonestar axle carrier for a 400ex in my stock swingarm, and i have used both a 250r axle and now a 400ex axle in this carrier.

Yup the carriers are the same. but if you use a 400ex axle, you need to use the 400ex lock nut, and hubs.

If you look up the part numbers, I'm pretty sure they are the same.
