05 450R No Spark!!!!

i have an 05 450r that wont start. it has a new spark plug, rectifier and coil. all the wires in the harness tested good. is there something i am missing because its getting power to the headlight it just isnt getting any voltage to the coil. what could it be?

I have experienced the same problem on my buddy's 05 also. haven't had time to track the cause. already checked the coil with known good part, headlights are 'flaring' when kicked, new plug, and definitely have fuel.

Can anyone give us a hint or some direction, cause I'm leaning toward CDI box. I hear that's pretty uncommon, though.

Any help is greatly appreciated...and I will continue searching.

i dont know much about all that elictrical stuff but the cdis really are rare to see them go bad. uh since i dont know much in this field i think the condesor maybe something that could cause that? idk i tried at least

upon further review, it seems that stator failure is the most common cause of this. There are multiple threads detailing the EXACT symtoms we are experiencing and the stator being the cure.

Speaking of stators..what the plug gap on the 450r Plugs? LMAO...seriously tho..what the gap i need?
