Does anyone know if or who makes a Billet Tranny to replace the crappy stock one??

ATP i believe is having some made. They are $200.00 per gear.

I didnt even know the stock one was that crappy. Have there been many cases of failed trannys other then the quad not shifting because of the broken tab in the case?

You don't have to get them. ATP does a tranny service for about $550 to make it last considerably longer. Rage ATV does a service also for $250 or so (they do different things).... The services improve shift feel making it smoother, get rid of the whine and makes them last longer. I know Mike at ATP was saying they were going on 6 months of race abuse with no failures. The LTRs tranny isn't much weaker than the Honda as both RAGE and ATP have tranny services for the 450Rs also.
