i was wondering if anybody has a picture of their 300ex with a 250x keyholder and the bar plastic removed. i think there has been a few posts like this but cant find them in the search. itd be nice if they had stock bars but if they dont please post anyway. thanks alot.

I took mine off and just drilled a hole and mounted it beside the gas tank fender.

yea i might just do that also.....i wouldnt have to relocate anything but the ignition so i might just do that......do you have any pics and thanks for the info

Helped my friend do his its a simple 10 minute job just un plug the ignition and pop it out of the plastic remove the plastic from your handle bars, then drill the hole a tiny bit smaler than the starter and force it in so that way its nice and tight then simply run the wires to the other side of the gass tank plug them back in your dun it's a loot easyer than it sounds:devil Good luck

i think im gonna go the cheaper way and drill it but ill think about the keyholder. 12$ sounds pretty good. ummmmm. ill reply in a few days about it. thanks for replying, i might take up the offer lol

I did this mod a while ago, I bought the 87' 250X ignition holder at my local honda dealer for 15 bux, its awesome , it bolts right up and looks factory.
