2006 KFX 400 White Brothers E-series, jetted and Dynotech FS

All right here is the low down. When the clutch is out there is a clicking noise, when I pull it in the noise goes away. Any clue?

First thing to check would be to see if you bent the push rod that disengages the clutch. Second thing would be to pull off the clutch side cover, and examine the clutch itself. Might also try jacking up the rear end, and with the engine off, run it through all five gears. The issue is almost for sure going to be either with the clutch itself, or worse off, in the tranny.
