Rider weight on a stock 400ex?

Hey im curious to know the max rider weight and suspension limits on a stock 400ex. Reason I'm asking this is im relatively big guy, 6'3 and about 218 lbs. When I do ride i tend to ride hard but I also try and avoid catching big air as I'm kind of sacred to bottom out the suspension. For some reason 225lbs rigs a bell but im not to sure. OH and also, im guessing the suspension is adjustable to make it a bit more stiff.. How would I go about dooing this?

stock fronts arent adjustable. and im only 155 and i used to bottom mine out till i got my elkas. there really is no weight limit.

I don't have my manual with me right now, but I know for a fact it has the max rider weight in there somewhere. 240 sounds familiar...but that's probably just Manufacturer under rating.

im 99.9% sure the stock weight limit is 243... not saying you cant go higher thats just what the bike says...

the rear shock is fully adjustable and the fronts have a preload ring that can be used to stiffen them up abit..
