Trying to help a friend who's not to computer savy with his kids APEX. They want to upgrade the air filter. What size and type do you recommend? Where can it be obtained?

We use the "real" UNI filter with an outerwear. I'm sure you can get one at any one of the parts dealers. Most keep them instock.

Would that be a 2 stage pod filter? straight or angled? Do you happen to recall what size?

The 2 stage pod is the best , straight or angled dosent matter. Usally pick them up for around 20 bucks.
