Well, I have not done it but I have read of several.

There are 3 cylinders available in that size, or you could resleeve your stock cylinder with a big bore iron sleeve.

The three compaines that make them are NMotion, IceCube, and Athena. If I were to do one, I would use either NMotion or Ice Cube. I think both are around $900+ dollars.

Or you could drop in the Hot Rods +3 cranks and go for less bore and have a killer setup!

I looked into it too before building my 511. In order to get to 520, you have to stroke it too. The 520 MaxPower sells is a 100mm bore and a 4.X something stroke.

I was told by many builders to not go beyond 100mm on bore alone.

Those kits were the only way to go before HotRods introduced the +3 stroker drop in crank. Now, it's pretty easy to build anything from a 470 - 511 cc's out of the 06 motor.
