I bought a 86 200x 2 years ago. Never rode it or even started it up because it was in poor condition!! I am rebuiling it now. Frame powodercoated, cleaned everything. I want to ride it so I am not making it a show trike or anything. Just wanted to know if they are quick. They changed them in 86-87. 6 speed trans etc. I have a 400ex, quadsport 230s, and rm250. It shoud be as quick as my sport right? Just wondering! Thanks!

they are a pretty fast bike...my father had one and i learned to use a manual tranny on it...my bro in law had a few...he stored one of them at my house for a few years...you will be surprised with it...it will be closer to the 400ex than you would suspect
