my buddy has an 05 raptor 660. He ran into a concrete block the other day. His left front rim is definately bent but if you turn the handle bars straight then the other wheel which isnt damaged is waaaay off. The a-arms and tie rod look ok, what else could be wrong?

Very common to twist the steering shaft a bit, if nothing else is evidently bent. It doesn't take much twist in the shaft to make a large steering offset.
Just re-adjust the tie rods to get rid of the steering error, and make sure to set toe in at between 1/8 and 1/4"
Good luck!
