hey could i put silicon or something over a leaking rubber seal to stop it from leaking? is there any way to stop it with some type of glue or something??

Just buy a new oil seal. Its cheaper then the oil you will lose and the time you will spend cleaning the mess up. Glue or sillycon won't work for long anyways.

noo sir! get the ptoper seal. infact i'd buy a seal kit so that you have extra on hand.
