Hi there need some help on how hard and what the problem is ..Oil leaking out of the hole under the water pump..Is it an easy fix any help will be apriciated thnx..

Oil or coolant?

If it's coolant the impeller bearing has gone out, if it's oil then you've probably blown the seal along with the bearing.

Not uncommon but not expected either. Check your service manual or just an online parts microfiche of the impeller assembly and you'll see what parts you're looking at replacing. Doesn't cost a whole lot of cash or take that much time, can be done easily in a couple hours.
