I cant ever get the sparkplug on my 300ex tight enough it just keeps loosening itself i`ve tried regular plug wrenches and such but nothing seems to work anybody got any ways to fix this

Use the thing in your little tool thing on the back of your quad. or get a new plug?

It dosent have a tool thingey because i bought my quad from a guy who raced it before me who moved to a shee instead, the tools and toolbox are gone

try to put some teflon tape around the treads on the spark plug, it might help

That just doesn't sound like a good idea for a sparkplug ... maybe some of the weaker loctite products...

Maybe your problem is with the crush washer on the plugs.. is it there? is it over crushed? Might just want to buy a new plug..

Ive never had a problem with my 300, but I usually have a newer plug in it..

good luck
Steve
