Whats the hype on hiper teck wheels are they realy better and lighter my freind just got some and they dont fell lighter infact they seam a little more heavy than my bead locks.

They don't bend. You can replace part of the wheel if you break it, rather than the whole rim. I just bought a set of fronts for my R because I'm tired of wobbling stock front wheels. This WILL be the last set of front wheels I'll ever need to buy for the R. As soon as the rears start bending on me, those are getting replaced also.

how do it handle in the air (big air 75ft or so)

I've heard hipers are hands down the best wheel there is. That's why I bought a pair just to see for myself. I'm sure they can handle anything you throw at them.
