Found this cherry 88' 250R. All 88' parts. Completely factory besides an fmf pipe and silencer, lrd ported cylinder, shaved head, 86 piston and spacerplate, renthal bars, ceet seat cover, and itp rear beadlocks, itp 190s up front and Duncan bumper.
Got it from the second owner who had it for 10 years.
I got it as a second bike, so I don't beat up on my race bike, but I can't bear to ride this thing, it's too clean!

Man that thing is NICE. I wish I could find one around here in that condition.

what did you pay for that.

I wouldnt ride that TO much... restore it!!!!! (if you have another one to ride of course)

I paid a fair price.
Does anybody have an 88' Lower Right A-Arm? This one is slightly bent, makes the bike pull to the right a little bit.

Looks great man! But, I couldn't help to notice that you bought a sticker set for it, which are obviously a reproduction of the originals? I'm just curious as to where you bought them? Atomic Quads on eBay? I purchased some stickers from him, and IMO it was the biggest waste of money! In my experience they didn't fit well, were extremely dull, and the colors weren't even close (probably due to the dullness). If you bought from him, well, I'm sorry I didn't post this sooner. Phew, sorry for the rant.

so ride it and then clean it afterwards... its not like it is anywhere near a stock orignal bike...

i think this is who i got myn from, they are crappy, the colors scratch right off with your fingernail, and they do nott fit, on the rear plastics they got all wrinkled because there not made to bend and stuff

Yeah, Atomic quads stuff sucks.
Anyway that R looks better with the Decals. Now all you need are some new shocks and some better rims and tires and it'll be a nice little addition.

Ya, found them up on ebay. They aren't that close to the originals, but from far away there ok, haha. I was surprised on the quality of the graphic. The colors off by a few shades and is grainy.

When ever I go over to charlie's I just have to stop and stare at it for an hour or two. The pics just don't do the justice, it is sweet.
