I have one with my FMF Ti-4, for x-country and never put it on. I like my sparks too much.

There good pipes but not that impressed with the power gain.

It is decent, but not worth the money. If you want an exhaust system that will perform, you need to get a full system that works...like Sparks or HMF. As for a plus, you will notice a slight amount of torque gained and a slightly quieter, deeper sound. For the bad, it sticks out far in the front and makes it hard to work with when the engine is being worked on, doesn't perform as well as some others. From what I have heard, the welds around the "powerbomb" on the header seem to be on the weak side.

yeah they say the power bomb headers actually quiet down the exhaust like 1.5 dbs. that's why i just went with the plain old FMF hi flow stainless headers. i did notice a little more bottom end.
