Question,
I have been standing my fourwheelers up in the garage on there wheelie bars so they don't take up as much room. Is that hard on them? As long as I shut the fuel off, or is this a bad idea?

It'll be fine.

yea, it will be okay. just make sure you let them sit for a few minutes before trying to start them

sounds good, thanks!!

just my experience but ive seen bikes develop leaks like that. especially ones with old seals. i dont think they were meant to be stored that way.

working on them is one thing, i personally would not store them like that.. you will get leaks, seals tend to go bad like that. just build a little shed or something for it?

there was i thing like that in dirt wheels last year but the guy hinged the top level so he didn't need a ramp and then he used a winch to make it rise

Posted by: EX LONERIDER

thats a pretty trick idea. youve obviously never bumped the noggin have you?

it looks like you could go down a couple inches on the upper deck... have you measured to see if it'd clear?

you could find some sort of hand crank with a cable and anchor it to the wall stud. then just hook it to the front of the quad and pull it up the ramps.

kind of like the way a wench on a rollback truck works.

Thats not my idea. I just posted a pic of what another guy did. Im thinking about making the platform like 2 feet off the ground. That way I can store all my gear and parts under the quad insted of everywhere around the garage. Probly wont happen though
