bogging on 3rd and nuetrul

I just got my motor fixed because 3rd gear was mest up so i got it back and every thing and i put the motor back in the and started it up and nuetrul was bogging and so was 3rd gear and if you had the clutch in and you were in 3rd gear it would bogg but every other gear is fine. please help
