I just put my motor back together which is the best way to tune the carbs since i took them apart to clean them. With the new motor the shee wont stay running when it is on neutral. Any help is apreciated.

Well since you don't have the TORS removed just take the seat off and there are two screws on each carb that adjust the idle. Just play with that for a little bit and you'll be fine. If you just have wiseco pistons it shouldn't bother idle that much so you won't have any problems getting that fixed.
