buddy of mine came by last night to check out the problems with my 525, he said, you want to see something that will really piss you off, then he and another friend picked my outlaw 525 that only has about 2 hours, maybe 2.5 on it up on its left two wheels , suspending the right side and pressed the right rear wheel in at 12 and 6 o' clock , then 9 oclock and 3 and made the wheel move in and out and back and forth ,"thats your wheel bearings" he stated, "there junk", then he and a friend lifted the other side, and it was the same way! thats why the wheels are rubbing on the a arms, he had an 06 and couldnt believe they are still made the same way...so i challenge all you happy and unhappy outlaw owners, take the test! lift yours up and see, im not saying there all bad, but lets just see, yeah, you outlaw bill, check yours, let me know people, dont get mad at the messenger either, im pissed about my outlaw purchase, between the wheels rubbing due to my brand new bad rear wheel bearings , or the fact that my case bolt is leaking(thought polaris would call for sur, first thing this morning) on my brand new, engine leaked instantly and wheels rubbed instantly, first ride, i will no doubt after whatever polaris does, unless, somehow they get my honda back in my garage, will never have anything positive to say. i will keep you all posted on the outcome as you know i will. chad snyder 765 474 2029

no sir, this is a brand new outlaw 525, produced in april of 2007, bought it friday june 15 2007, purchased it at 12 noon, leaking oil after first ride, rubbing wheels on first ride, bearings junk, wobbling after around 2 hours and 4 oil topping offs,( see these things, atleast mine, is a p.o.s) loading it up hopefully today to have them yamabond or whatever there going to do, really dont care, got a yamaha dealer giving me 5000.00 for it towards a new honda ( god i feel so stupid because that is what i traded for this lemon, 2007 trx450er, that was paid for) oh well, live and learn. I'm sure your guys outlaws are great and Im happy for you, i just had a real bad first exp that really burned polaris and i in any type of a relationship. just want this one fixed and gone, no offense to you all, i loved how it rode, for the most part, just bummed about a BRAND NEW OUTLAW doing this , must have some bad karma like earl!

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY REAR SUSPENSION. I DROPPED IT OFF AT THE DEALER AND THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FIXING IT UNDER WARRANTY FOR FREE. ALSO REPLACING GAS TANK UNDER WARRANTY FOR FREE. STOP CALLING THE DEALER AND BRING IT TO THEM, SHOW THEM, AND GET IT FIXED. MY DEALER IS 35 MILES AWAY(I DONT GIVE A FU@% HOW FAR, THATS WHERE I BOUGHT IT). OH AND CHANGE YOUR DIAPER WHILE YOU ARE AT IT!

I had some mud get pushed inside my neutral safety switch on my Raptor after 4 months witch turned on my reverse light.Took it in they found the prob shrunk wrapped the connection, adjusted my brakes, fixed my slightly bent shifter and gave it back the next day.Its been 1 year 4 months thats the 1 prob i had.Have about 250 hours on it.
Buy jap or get crap -- so sad but true

How many years did it take Yamaha to get the Raptor OK, 5 years and it still has a small gas tank and weak frame and SRA
