a buddy of my dads got a like 2003 raptor 660 , it has alot of stuff done to the motor in it and we are not sure what is in it but the starter can barely turn it over , has been threw 2 new batterys . and runs bad , yesterday they took the head off and noticed the cams were advanced like 3 teeth , it runs bad and we were wondering can that be the problem? i know this is kinda dry but thats really all we know , the carb has been cleaned like 3 times and everything like that.
