Dealer called and said my quad is finally starting. They said that the TPS sensor voltage was too low. They raised the voltage and it is starting fine. I'm going to pick it up next week. They are putting on a new tank for the recall today.

Just wanted to pass on the information just incase you guys are having similar problems. I know how frustrating it can be when you buy a new quad and it won't start.

Yea, so they say. I'll see this coming week. The new tank should be installed on Wed and I'm going to pic it up. I was looking on kfx450hq.com and on guy has the kicker installed on his quad and said that it starts faster than the button. He said on kick and your going. Might be what I have to go with since I race XC.
