lookin for an exhaust what do you recomend? something thats not to loud and sounds good i trail ride it and ride my friends track wats a good exhaust for this? whats the best bang for my buck? any comments appresiated

the best bang for the buck is to take the baffle out...

you dont gain too much with a slip on over taking the baffle out

Yoshimura makes a good exhaust that's not too loud. Even if you take the baffle off though, it's going to have some noise to it. Alot of exhaust companies make exhausts that you can add a quite core to. You may want to check into this.

HMF QRS, awesome power gain and mine was tested at 96db

if i took the baffel out its not going to screw with my valves or any thing bad except for im gana half to rejet it correct?

no... it wont mess anything up... all it does is allow a little more flow- the same thing youre doing with an aftermarket exhaust...

yes... you will need to jet it a little bit fatter...

HMF is the best out there I wasnt sure if to get one but now I am very happy I did 220 for a slip on

many different mags have tested pipes and they say the Dr.d is the best for the y at 96db and 47.3 hps w/ air box lid off, it ties with white bros but is like 40 bucks cheaper

LRD is the best.... a friend of mine has one and he won another yfz whit the fmf 4.0 and powerbomb, lid off and kandn filter on a drag race, by almost 2 lenghts

yeah my friends yfz has a lrdpro4r and he also put a gytr revbox, kandn, gytr jet kit and a 15 tooth sprocket. and when i ride it, it will be half way thru third and then i punch the throttle and it stands straight up

i finally went ahead and ordered a HMF full system last week.. had the money lying around, and my buddy was going to get one too, so...

if you dont have the money lying around, the baffle out with the lid off and rejetted really does pack quite a punch...
