I bought some Pro Taper fat bars and i was wondering if the stock clutch perch, front bake and throttle will fit the fat bars ?

yeah they'll fii they are the same size on the ends as stock bars, they are only 1 1/8" in the center for added strength.

i bought my charmichael protaper bars, and do you know if thaths why my clutch burned

its hard to say, but if you had your clutch cable extremely kinked it could have burnt out your clutch, but probably not.
