how exactly do the cases have to be machined.....i know it for the cylinder... im thinking of having a local shop machine it out. of course ill give them the t/e to spec out....just curious..bout the milling requirements.

Do your self a favor and send them to ESR. They did my cases and the counter balancer went out and damaged my right case. I bought a new right side and a damged left side and sent them to ESR to get bored and the newly machined right side matched my older machined left side to the "T"

Tom from ESR said it would be months of waiting just to get a cylinder oringed...so I'm sure it would be a while for case machining.

i did mine myself, it wasn't that hard. just took a while.
i would take a measurement of the outside of the sleeve and add a couple thousandths to it. i would personally take it to the machine shop and talk to the machineist about what exactly you want done.

Measurement for the case bore to fit the 350 cylinder skirt is 3.350.
