Problems with my Y

My Y is makin me so mad cause it wants to die will i am runnin it at lower RPMS not like idle but slower speeds. i think it might be the battery cause it doesnt start well after words. i was wondering if anyone has had that problem

Try cleaning your carb with carb cleaner and if that doesn't help try adjusting your jetting.

it ain't the battery i think its the start because it is now makin a grinding noise when i ride it so im gonna check it out this weekend

Check the 2 case half bolts behind the starter gear. They tend to back out on the '06's.

by the way guys thats my g*y cuz and the oil pump went out on the y. his Z will beat u off the line but u beat his ***** after u shift into 3rd so about 60ft or so and he is do the lil *itch wont go a qaurter mile with me only 50ft so im about a foot or 2 behind

Hey bro my Z400 beat the kid who started this thread an yes it was on his track so dont u try an start any **** with me an i bet ur 10 year old dosent even no how many wheels it has on it

At least i never spent over $1500 jus to get my z to runin right am u dont hav that 478, athena, jt pump, or the crank in it yet its still sittin at actions haha

And speakin of ur Yamahas breakin down DR.Dy how bout ur old Blaster how many times did u rebuild that thing? i lost track at 6 an u had it for like wat 2 years dam yamahas an there oil pumps
