Just wondering if anyone is making a gusset kit for the KFX450 or is the stock alum. Frame strong enough for MX the way it is??

No one that i know of as of now is makin a gusset kit, the bike hasnt been out long enough to see any weak points, if any are apparent

They have been a few frames in the production line that have bent due to a fualty weld, but so far nothing bad has been held for the majority.
DO NOT WELD ANYTHING ON THE FRAME! It is heat treated and the way it was made will make that area super weak. Ask a Kawi rep and they'll tell you not to weld anything to it as it will decrease overall strength.
