i got 2006 trx 450r wit a bent frame on the nase of the frame were the bumper and stering stem are. its bend 5/16 of an inch wats the best thing i could do?got alot of front end work

I'd buy a new frame. By the time you fix it, you have just as much time and materials invested into fixing it.
