I want to put a set of Pro Taper bars on my 400. Whats the difference between the Contour high bend and the atv SE high bend (except for the cross bar)? Which would you guys prefer?

The biggest difference would have to be the diameter. The SE model just means "seven-eighths", and to the best of my knowledge requires a new top clamp. I think the stock ex bars are 1-1/8. Check out this link. You can compare the different bends from the different manufacturers, and see which one suits you the best. Remember, a little adjustment goes along way.
I ended up getting the SE mid-rise models, along with a billet Modquad clamp. It comes complete with keyhole, reverse light and neutral light holes.

the stock clamps are not 1-1/8, there 7/8. i put a set on contours on mine and bought my houser 1-1/8 clamps. if you go with 1-1/8 bars you need new clamps for the bigger diameter, the 1-1/8 are stronger bars, but the SE's are good.

nice call....my bad....I wasn't certain if they were 7/8 or 1-1/8. Thanks for the correction!
