alright , my buddy had bought a 99 banshee, blew it up, and got it rebuilt by a lisecened Tech, now its like the bike has a split personality, one minute, it works like a top, then it seem like it's only firing one one cylinder, and even when it works "good", it's spits and sputters all the way until the powerband!.. has anyone else had this issue?. would it be electrical, maybe a bad ground, and the T.O.R.S box's....?.. anything would help. thanx

Check List:
PLugs: Make sure the little caps on top of the spark plugs are tight and make sure the boots are also. If it still has the problem replace them.
Air filter clean
Check to make sure the flyhweel is not rusty
