yeah but i'm not 100% sure how i know you take the cable out, but i don't know what everyone is plugging the hole with, i think just some silcone sealer but i'm not sure.

IT WORKS LIKE A CHOKE CABLE JUST REMOVE THE CABLE FROM THE PLUNGER INSTALL THE PLUNGER AND SPRING THEN SCREW THE KNOB BACK ON THE THROTTLE BODY

If i took the cable out wouldnt there be a hole left ?

YES BUT YOU CAN FILL IT WITH SILICON.... THE HOLE IN THE CAP DOESNT GO TO THE CAR B/C THE PLUNGER IS IN THE WAY....
