Stiff clutch and sticky throttle

I replaced my clutch cable and lubed it up but when I pull my clutch it feels like I am preloading a set of shocks. Any suggestions. Moisture is also getting into my carb causing the piston inside of it to stick and making my throttle very stiff. Any help would be appreciated.

is the clutch cable getting cought on naything? what did u use to clean and lube it?

ur best bet would be to clean the carb and then try to find some areas prone to water or debris entering the carb and block them off one at a time and find ur problem.
