Idling on 50

I have done the carb fix. Now it seems to run strong but I'm having a hard time keeping an idle.
From a dead stop if I give it full throttle it will die. I've messed with the air screw from 1 to 2 1/2 turns.
I put the needle up one and down one , up seemed too lean and down seemed a little rich.

What else should I do. I'm getting close to teeing this thing off with my driver.
MJ is 115 Pilot is 42.

Thanks in advance

Try air screw 1/2 turn out...with a 40 pilot....MJ 112

Bulldog,

I have tried jetting from 107 through 120.
I put a 110 in it and it runs fine, just wont idle. I have messed with the air screw 1/2 turn to 2 1/2. Still won't idle. I checked the new rubber boot and it is fine.

So I will try putting a 40 pilot jet in next. Is the OKO pilot jet the same as the Keihin aslo.

Thanks

The jets are the same....It should still idle no matter what...

Could there be an air leak somewhere?

Have you cleaned out all the shavings and assembled it back correctly? No gaskets pinched or throtle cable out of adjustment...

Sorry for asking these type of questions, but the quad should idle unless something is not right..

Can you adjust the idle up or does that not work either?
