Does anyone know if the newer style (2005-2007) style plastics will fit on an older style (1999-2004) model 400ex?

Im buyin some new platics soon, and I wont need th stock headlight assembly as im also buying some frame and handlebar mounted laser-star torches....

I was just wondering if those plastics will interchange with little to no hassle. Mostly because I want to put a hood on my 440, preferable one of the QT carbon fiber ones, but i cant find anyone that sells them...

I have seen conversion kits in yellow, red and black on ebay from Yamaha of Troy. They run about $449.95 plus shipping.

Does anyone know where I can get a QuadTech Carbon Fiber hood from?

I looked on QT's website and it looks they only make stuf for the 450's now...
