If i were to switch from my stock size tires and rims to 8 in rims and 18 in tires what would be good sprocket sizes to maintain as close to stock gearing? Thanx

was told on here to try 36 in rear, or 15 up front on an 04-05 or 14 up front on 06 and up.
I was thinking of trying the 36 rear with my 18, they spin way too much with stock gearing. I just switched from razr 1's 20inch to razr mx's 18's. with my stock gearing it pulls hard but I ride in sandy area so I spin way too much.

well i just swapped to 15 front and 38(stock rear). it def has alot more speed and less wheel spin. but i do have a 530 falicon kit with full cr wiring and carb. the bike hauls ***, i suck. but i will get faster. this gearing is alittle to much for a stock bike tho ,i think.
my buddy just put in a 13/36 setup and he said it felt real good!
these are all mx bikes!

My 04 hrc and full sparks standard core has plenty off the line. I never lost in a drag with my stock gearing and my 20's. I think my 18s will hook better once I gear up and I can get back to the handling/speed im use too.
