im aware of the esr $500 setup. i want to know if anyone has used any other years ?96-00 possibly .they have extra wires for a servo of some sort on some years. up to 2000 i believe was analog. gimmee some scoop guys !!

I'm running the complete 98 setup to include carb on one of my bikes and it is great, just have to use the ESR adapter plate.

i have a 38 mm a/s....and its great. can you just cap off wires or do they give feedback to cdi ?

I was running a A/S carb as well but when I ran the actual CR carb the throttle response was even better. You do not have to run the CR carb though, the wires are connected to a harness so all you would have to do is seal it off from moisture.
