i think my rings are bad whats the best way to tell they are. i kinda new to this can i take the top of the cylinder off with out draining the coolant.

do a compresion test ,then you take nothing apart

the compresion is fine i seem to be fouling alot plugs but i need to got down on the main i got it on the top clip with a 150 main and a 45 pilot. maybe i dont know this thing is really geting to me i have been haveing alot of probelms lately.

If the compression is fine, it's a pretty sure bet that your rings are fine. It's kinda like your tires, if they hold air, they're good, no need to actually manually inspect the tires for holes.
What oil mixture are you running. When/how are you fouling plugs, at idle or main?
Fouled plugs are very common with rich jetting, but your jetting specs don't look like they would be rich. Have you done any plug chops?

amsoil 50:1 i also had the idle turned up way to much. if i go a low rpms for a long time it seems to do that. the temps are over 60 how so i run a 140 main and on the top clip with a 45 pilot seems to be okay now plug is a little on the dark side but not wet
