I took out my stem and replaced the bearings and now its very loose is there a spacer or washer that goes on the bottom I'm missing, theres nothing there to hold the stem down.

Yeah there is a collar that goes on before the nut.

Hey thanks I found the collar it was under the wifes car in the driveway. Works like a charm now.
