Hey guys, i got a stock carb from a buddy because i am going to rebuild a bike for trails. I got the carb and it looked like a stocker but it has the letters PE on the side. And the slide is circular oval shape kind of. I had just thought it would say PJ but i am not that familiar with the stock carb. any help thanks

The 85 ATC250R had a PE. The 86 ATC250R and all TRX's had PJ's. The PJ is "superior" to the PE but the difference isn't likely to be night and day, I wouldn't think. AFAIK, the only difference between a PE and PJ is the round vs. oval slide shape.
