OK heres the deal. I have 2 LSR frames and one I have already welded on my old VIN plate (from my craked up stocker) so that I could register in CA. The other came with the stock LSR plate but no paperwork so the DMV wont let me register it without paperwork. LSR wont give me a certificate of origin since I am not the original purchaser.

SO... what I am willing to do is buy someones VIN plate and title from them. I know there are quite a few of you out there that probably have a frame that is all cracked up beyond repair and still have a current title for it. The 88/89 years work best but I will take anything at this point. The whole frame will not even have to be shipped just the top crown off of the 88/89 or the bottom subframe tube off os the 86/87. I would prefer to cut the rest of the plate myself to make it fit my application correctly so that I can TIG weld it up really nice.
