What type of oil is used in the rear axle on a Yamaha Big Bear?
It is dry????
Also where can I find the tag on this quad? Trying to figure out what year it is.

that is a shaft drive quad park on a level spot there is a oil plug on the side take it out and put your pinky finger in and see if you can touch the oil if not use 90 weight gear lube [COLOR=red]do not over fill
as for the year take the vin # to your local dealer and they can look it up
