I just got a parcel in yesterday. I blindly bought a set of Laeger +1 a-arms (no pictures were provided) but based on the description I figured why not.
They show up and they are chrome +1 Protrax std travel a-arms in good shape. A steal for what I paid for them if I had spindles.
I don't know if I should just send them back and get a refund or keep them and try to sell them for more. How much should they be worth?
Right now they are worthless because I don't have spndles and I have NEVER seen used spindles for sale or steering stems by themselves.

it would cost you alot to get them to work i would sell them but it would be hard to try to find someone to buy them. but if you did get the other stuff you would have the best front end ever made

I have a pro trax front end but the spindles are from a banshee because they quit producing 250R spindles you may be able to go that rout.

ya if the brake caliper lines up

Oh it also has banshee calipers forgot to mention that, I bought it that way I'm glad he told me about the swap it would be tough to put R pads in banshee calipers.

I still have never seen spindles for sale. I'm wondering if 450R spindles will work.

If your talking of a protraxx tpin 450r spindals won't work. I'd try to off them to someone who has one, which could be difficult. Last year I bought a full +3 with spindles for 400.00 it was clapped out, but I worked through a bearing distributor and rebuilt them myself for next to nothing. I made over 500.00 when I sold it. I'm riding a walsh front now. there both nice but a tpin has way less friction thats a statement that is proven. It really is like feeling only the tires between you and the ground.

if they were at least plus 2 i would really thin about taking them. But not enough with plus one only. sorry

I'm supposed to have +2's as well, I'll keep you posted.

Laeger's is coming out with new spindles soon. Any of the Pro Trax style spindles should work. Try 450R ones.
