hey i have a 89 250r and i am trying to put my new seat cover on and its just not working i can see that it fits but my staple gun is not strong enuff, do i need something that is made for just for this idk but if you can help out i thank you....

1/4 in staples and a electric stapler should be fine i did mine came out perfect

you cant use a heavy duty staple gun, you need either an electric or an air staple gun

I used a regular heavy duty gun, no electric or anything. The key is lots of pressure. Worked for me at least.

the cratsman staple gun with the handle going the other way worked the best for me allowed you to have more force

Your heavy duty one should be fine.. its what I use.. just get longer and thicker staples .. they should stick right into the plastic and shouldnt slide out at all..
