I think I am going to buy one pf these for my 5 yr old to race harescrambles on. Is there anything I should know about this machine good or bad? Thanks.

Does anyone make some levers that are a shorter reach for little hands? My boy can barely pull the brakes they are so far like an adult quad. Thanks!

This new Mongoose will only run with the petcock in the reserve position-tank is full. Anything I should check?

Correction, it will run in "on" but acts like the flow is restricted-when you give it throttle it dies. It will start back up but if left to idle it will slowly die out.

my son's only does that when he runs it hard for a while.....like when it gets too hot....let it cool and it will be ok....

Ours has done it ever since the very 1st time I tried to start it. Doesnt matter if its cold or hot.
