Anyone try this yet. Want to put a digital dash in the 06 rhino but was thinking I can get an 07 setup with the fuel sender unit. Will it work. Anyone have the part numbers? I went to 2 yamaha dealers they have no clue

Without totally hacking the harness to pieces and swapping out a few other things, its not gonna work. I havent really heard of anyone ever getting it to work right. Another thing ive heard a complaint from the 07 SE owners of the gauge being Very far from accurate. Alot of rhino owners have tried to do the same as your wanting to do, and the conclusion is to buy a separate fuel gauge and sending unit setup.

The rhinos are pre wired for the digital dash with gear selection, MPH, odometer features, hourmeter/clock, 4wd/diff lock, and overheat light only.

i installed a black rhino fuel sending unit on an 06.

pretty easy setup, drilled one hole in the tank cut the hole in the dash, which you can do that a few ways, and the wiring harness is easy to put in.
